starwatchingEpiphany

In the Spirit of Epiphany, we celebrate during January the varied ways God manifests Grace in bodily form. We celebrate the biggest epiphany of all – the coming of Jesus, who is the fullness of Grace in bodily form, our light and our life. But we also celebrate the myriad of small ways God’s grace manifests itself in bodily form. If you watch closely, you will see that there is indeed a star, brilliantly burning in your night. Perhaps it is as simple as the sanctuary of a warm bed at the end of a long, exhausting day. Perhaps it is as ordinary as the sudden flash of laughter you exchange with a stranger. Perhaps it is as unassuming as the provision of strength to meet the challenges you are facing. Perhaps it is a little voice inside your head that says, “It is going to be OK.” Follow that little epiphany, and see where it will lead you. Come and share what you find with me. Then your epiphany will become mine, a star shining in my night sky.

You can purchase it from Paul (paul.neufeld@arocha.ca).
